OFFICIAL NOTICE AGM
The Kingborough Lions United Football Club Annual General Meeting for 2024 will be held Thursday 30 January 2025 commencing 7:00pm at Lightwood Park Clubrooms, Lightwood Crescent, Kingston.
Business to be conducted includes:
* Confirmation of Minutes of Previous AGM 30 January 2024
* Adoption of Annual Report & Financial Statements
* Special Resolution to Change Clause 27 (1) of the Constitution:
The Members of the Kingborough Lions United Football Club Inc (the Club) resolve by special resolution to amend clause 27 (1) of the Club’s Constitution by deleting the wording:
The directors of the Club are as follows:
(a) the president (director);
(b) two vice-presidents (directors);
(c) two elected directors (finance director and secretary);
(d) up to three elected/appointed managers, if so desired by the board.
and inserting the wording:
The directors of the Club are as follows:
(a) the president (director);
(b) the vice president (director);
(c) finance director;
(d) up to five, with a minimum of two, elected directors, one of whom would perform the role of secretary.
