OFFICIAL NOTICE AGM

The Kingborough Lions United Football Club Annual General Meeting will be held Wednesday 28 January 2026 commencing 7:00pm at Lightwood Park Clubrooms, Lightwood Crescent, Kingston.

Business to be conducted includes:

* Confirmation of Minutes of Previous AGM held on 30 January 2025
* Adoption of Annual Report & Financial Statements
* Election of Board of Directors for following positions:

  • President (Director)
  • Vice President (Director)
  • Finance Director
  • Up to five Directors, with a minimum of two Directors to be elected at the Annual General Meeting.
  • * Appointment of Auditor
  • * Ratification of Life Members
